Dijo Productions presents
Freud’s Last Session
Ed Giron as Freud
Justin Stark as C.S. Lewis
Directed by Jerry Oshinsky
At the start of World War II, renowned atheist psychoanalyst Freud invites religious scholar and author C.S. Lewis (The Chronicles of Narnia) for a visit. From the start, the two analyze, debate, confront and confound each other about religion, sex, life and death. It's a witty, funny, and poignant encounter between the foremost intellectuals of their day.
Giron and Stark are reunited after appearing in Frost/Nixon, and following the successful run of this production earlier this year. This critically and audience acclaimed production will have only eight performances in Santa Barbara.
This production follows other highly acclaimed productions in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles.
You'll laugh, think, and engage as Freud's Last Session unfolds.
Don't miss this engagement. It's cheaper than therapy, and well worth analyzing.
