Award-winning writer, actor and producer Monica Parker has written her first theatrical show in 20 years with her one-woman monologue Sex, Pies and a Few White Lies. Parker is a renowned Canadian talent who began her career with Moses Znaimer on CITY TV with her show “Sweet City Woman” alongside Ivan Reitman and Dan Akyroyd. When Hollywood called Parker and her clothing designer husband, Gilles Savard, relocated and spent the next 25 years establishing themselves an expat ‘It’ couple. Parker’s acting roles have included “Nancy Drew,” “A Perfect Murder,” “ER,” “The X-Files,” “Murder She Wrote” and “Knots Landing.” Her writing and producing credits include “All Dogs Go to Heaven,” “Who’s the Boss” “A Kiss So Deadly,” “Hunger Point,” “Home By Christmas,” and “The Party Never Stops.”
