The Santa Barbara Theatre, the city's new professional theatre company, completes its inaugural season at Center Stage Theater with Michele Lowe's new play String of Pearls, directed by SBT Co-Artistic Director Stephen Sachs. String of Pearls features four superb actresses in a funny and touching play that follows the title jewelry as it passes through the hands and hearts of 27 unforgettable women.

This production of String of Pearls originated at the Road Theatre Company in North Hollywood in January 2006 and has been named Critic's Choice in the Los Angeles Times.

TIMES: April 21 through May 7, preview April 20. Friday and Saturday at 8:00 P.M.; Sundays at 2:00 & 7:00 P.M. (No Sunday at 7 P.M. on April 23).
