Recharge and refresh! SonneBlauma celebrates its 15th & transitional season with Affinity: SB-ADaPT Fest Sprouts. Building on the phenomenal success of the inaugural year of the critically acclaimed Festival, SonneBlauma implements phase two of the project via continued artistic exchange intended to build local, regional, national and international community. Performances in Pasadena, Santa Barbara and New York keep the creative flow between communities vibrant and the spark of inspiration alive in the hearts of participating artists and audiences alike. The Center Stage Theater performance features SB-ADaPT Fest 2011 artists: Block & Block, Christine Suarez, Hart Pulse Dance Company, Rubans Rouge Dance Company, SonneBlauma Danscz Theatre. Mojca Majcen Returns from Celje, Slovenia to perform with SonneBlauma & SonneBlauma alumna Devyn Duex's new company Nebula also shares work on the program.
